I had an wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent overall, with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, with luxurious and spacious rooms. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the destination had to offer.

There were a few minor issues that I encountered. there was a bit of confusion in the breakfast room when it got crowded, which resulted in a bit of a wait for a table.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the snobby attitude of some of the staff. We didn't feel very welcomed or special, despite mentioning that we were there for our 10-year anniversary.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met with a smile on their faces. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities that made our stay even more luxurious. the spa and wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind, thanks to the state, of, the, art facilities and professional staff. the location was perfect, with many leisure and shopping options nearby.

The breakfast could have been better. Although tasty, the options were somewhat limited, especially for the price.

This hotel is pure luxury! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP. the staff was professional and attentive to my every need. the exclusive amenities available at this venue were simply outstanding. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight for me, it was pristine and well maintained. the steam room was also a great way to relax after a day out exploring the city. I loved the spa lounge, it was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The only negative I experienced was that the Wi-Fi was not strong in certain areas of the hotel, which made it difficult for me to work from my room. the staff offered other options to make up for it.

The location of the hotel was perfect! We were just off Rue Saint Honore, surrounded by top designer brands, and only a short walk from the Ritz. It couldn't have been better.

Although the breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricey, we didn't mind as there were plenty of cafes nearby, giving us a variety of options for our morning meal.
